However, what happens to vintage pieces which are beyond repair?We don’t sell these for scrap, instead we remove the diamonds and build contemporary rings crafted in thick 18 carat gold mounts in popular styles reminiscent to Tiffany and Cartier.
Here we have a stunning 1.16 carat diamond ring, set with one round brilliant cut natural diamond.
Condition: Brand new shank designed by Flamingo Gems, the diamond was sourced from a 1970’s ring.The shank has fully assay hallmarks including 750 for 18 carat gold.
This ring comes with a full WGI Hatton Garden Valuation and Certificate.The valuation is for £6,500.The ring comes in a smart red leatherette box and full giftwrap.
