Product Highlights
Welcome to our Flamingo Reimagine range focused both on the environment and you having a unique and beautiful engagement ring for around a third of the RRP. How do we achieve this? At Flamingo, we focus on finding unique pieces of rare art deco jewellery.
However, what happens to vintage pieces which are beyond repair? We don’t sell these for scrap, instead we remove the diamonds and build contemporary rings crafted in thick buttery 18 carat gold mounts in popular styles reminiscent to Tiffany and Cartier.
Here we have a stunning 2.46 carat diamond ring, set with one old old mine cut natural light yellow diamond.
Weight 3.95 grams.
Size: M1/2
Condition: Brand new shank designed by Flamingo Gems, the diamond was sourced from a ring dating back to before 1900.
The shank has full assay hallmarks including 750 for 18 carat gold.
This ring comes with a full WGI Hatton Garden Valuation and Certificate. The valuation is for £15,000.
The ring comes with a beautiful box and full giftwrap.

The diamond is in excellent condition. Around the facet it is slightly scraped but bar that the diamond is near perfect. Light yellow old mine cut diamonds are known as "canary" diamonds and are incredibly rare. The Gem lab were very excited when they tested this one.
The demand for these canary diamonds is very high. Canary diamonds are formed when nitrogen atoms are present in the diamond's formation process. The conditions required for this specific coloration is virtually unheard of these days. If you want a unique collector's investment item which no one else will have but packaged in a classy and classic shank reminiscent to Tiffany this is the ring for you.
